Pakistan complete historic whitewash of England

Dubai: Pakistan on Monday completed a historic whitewash of England in the test series defeating the Andrew Strauss’ men by 71 runs  in the third test of three-match-series at Dubai Sports City.

Pakistan set a massive target of 324 and it seemed to be really tough target for the visitors. Pakistan bowlers again proved their guts  and send the whole England team to pavilion at  just 252 runs.

Saeed Ajmal was named ‘Man of the Series’ for his outstanding bowling performance in whole series. While young Azhar Ali was named ‘Man of the Match’ for his critical ton in the second innings of the match.
England faced first whitewash since 2006 when Australia defeated in Ashes series held at Australia.
Pakistan were the only sub-continent team who completed whitewash against England.

After this match, Younis Khan is at 5th and Azhar Ali at 10th in ICC Test Batsmen list.
